These terms cover the Oddly Local website, purchases and our artwork licence.
Artwork & personalisation
Each product page describes the files, sizes and colour versions included. Please check the spelling, number and options you enter before confirming a personalised order.
You need a device that can download and open ZIP archives, a PDF reader and software that can open JPG images. Printing requires your own printer or a print service. Printing costs are not included.
Screen, printer and paper can affect colour. This does not limit your rights if the supplied files are faulty or do not match their description.
Using your prints
Our artwork is licensed for personal use, including prints for your home and physical gifts. You may send the files to a print service solely to produce those prints for you.
Sharing or reselling the digital files, selling reproductions, and other commercial use are not included. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders. Separately licensed third-party material, including map data, remains subject to its own licence; follow the credits and licence information supplied with your files.
Payments & delivery
Review the final currency, total price and applicable taxes before paying. There is no physical delivery charge for a digital download.
Where checkout identifies a purchase as sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments, the Stripe/Link entity identified there is the merchant of record for that transaction. Its checkout terms also apply. VELIXA APP LTD operates this website and provides the artwork and product support.
After confirmed payment, personalised files may take a few seconds to prepare. The download button appears when they are ready. Save your files within 90 days after payment; the same deadline applies to your account and email links. Files you have saved remain usable after online access expires. That access deadline does not limit your statutory rights.
Cancellations & file problems
Digital-download cancellation rights are separate from the 90-day download-access period. Where a statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, it is lost on early supply only if you have expressly agreed to that supply, acknowledged the loss of the right and received the required confirmation. These terms alone do not obtain that consent.
If a file is missing, faulty or not as described, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help resolve it, including any correction or refund required by law. Personalisation does not remove your rights in faulty or misdescribed digital content.
For a purchase sold through Link, you can also use the order-support details on your receipt for cancellation or refund requests. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
